Hey there.

I'm constructing a bipartite network. I have several groups of nodes (different bacteria) that are exclusively linked to a source node (certain treatment). No I want to size the nodes by the relative abundance of the bacteria in the certain treatment.
Basically, I want to apply a continuous mapping. But I have several different teratments. So I would need to set a continuous mapping via bypass for several groups of nodes.

Any chance this is possible? Or am I missing an obvious, easy way to do this? I just can't wrap my head around it.

Thanks in advance for all your help!

Best regards, Kristin
