Start up functions

Hello all,

I am trying to add some script to the cytoscape start up. It looks like cytoscape.sh calls cytoscape.jar.  is there a cytoscape.java I can edit?

How can I get my script to run automatically at start up so that I can automate a query I am trying to run.

Hi Ben,

If it's a bash script, then add it to the cytoscape.sh. If it's a CyCommand script, then add argument -S followed by script filename.
