Importing nod attributes

Hi,

I'm a newcomer to cytoscape and have a question to ask. It's something
very basic that I am trying to do but I am unfortunately a bit stuck.

I have imported a network through an Excel spreadsheet as follows, in
the format SourceInteraction TargetInteraction InteractionStrength


developmental process anatomical structure morphogenesis 0.625
regulation of protein catabolic process regulation of proteasomal
ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process 1
negative regulation of biological process negative regulation of

I am now trying to import node attributes to this network from an
Excel file. The file is as follows:

regulation of ligase activity -4.5498

However, only the top attribute "-4.5591" ever loads, even if this was
to be at the bottom of the list this would still be the only attribute
to load.

Could anyone give me any advice?

Hi Ian,

What you've described should work, no problem. I've taken you sample data,
prepared tab-delimited files and imported them. See attached files and
screenshots. If you can't get it to work on your machine, let us know which
steps look different from my examples.
