Hi all,

I am trying to get the in-degree and out-degree for some nodes in my
networks. I found that the degrees from "Degree Sorted Circle Layout"
are the total degrees including both in- and out-. I used the
NetworkAnalyser plugin. The "In-Degree distribution" and "Out-degree
distribution" plot the total number of nodes vs in- or out-degrees,
but they do not show the node names that contribute to the statistics.
I am wondering if there is a way that I can find out the in- and out-
degree of a specified node in cytoscape? (may be I have missed it in
the NetworkAnalyser)

Thank you very much,
Wendy

Hi,
NetworkAnalyser stores the in-degree and out-degree for each node in
node attributes ('Indegree' and 'Outdegree', respectively). You should
be able to access this through the data-panel
Kind regards
