CySBGN plugin jar change

Hi all,

Two weeks ago or so I submitted a plugin, CySBGN, though I forgot to add an important feature.

I would like to know if you can replace the CySBGN v1.0 jar with this one?

I know I could submit a new version of the plugin, e.g. version 1.1, though I really need to maintain the version number in order to match the submitted paper of the plugin.

Hi,

I can update the jar file for you. However, since the release of
Cytoscape 2.8.3, the plugin categories has been changed (
http://chianti.ucsd.edu/cyto_web/plugins/ ). Can you please use the
new category in you plugin property file.

Hi Peng,

Would it be possible to refresh the plugin jar again with the one attached?

We had a bug reported, but now that we fixed it would be great if we could make CySBGN latest version available from Cytoscape.
