Error while trying to import a PSI-MI network generated by http://string-db.org/

HI, I'm new to Cytoscape,

I was trying to import a network generated by the site http://string-db.org/ (file attatched) .

Cytoscape is supposed to accept the format PSI-MI, and I esxported file in that format.

While I try to import the network the progeam gives me the error : "You must give a non null JAXB Source"

Well I uptodated java to the last version available but the error persists. How is it possible to import that file?

Hi Giuliano,
    There are definitely incompatibilities between String and Cytoscape's PSI-MI reader, which is why we wrote the StringApp.  I would suggest using StringApp to generate your network -- it connects directly to String and loads the data directly into Cytoscape.
