Trouble with starting Cytoscape from inside Eclipse

Hi!

I am trying to run cytoscape from inside Eclipse following these instructions - Launch and Debug from Eclipse. I have no problem with debug mode. But when I try to just run cytoscape, I see next in the console. I use Windows 10 (x64).

Does Cytoscape start up without any problems when you run cytoscape.bat from the command line?
