Cytoscape App Development Ladder

Hi,

I've been studying about cytoscape and cytoscape.js in hopes of developing a plugin using them, i've been following the cytoscape app development ladder to learn about the app development process with cytoscape.

However, i am unable to access the given link: http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/home/scooter/Cytoscape3DevTut/slides.pdf

This link seems to be very important part of the ladder, it'll be a great help if someone could look into this and possibly correct me if i am using the wrong link somehow.
