Dear all,
WE are happy to announce the release of a new Cytoscape plugin: iCTNet (integrated Complex Traits Networks)
iCTNet uses public information on genomics, gene expression, protein interaction, TF binding sites and drug-targets to create multi-partite networks that allow the study of genetic similarities and differences across diseases, shared susceptibility pathways and potential off-label use of FDA-approved drugs.
The current version of iCTNet currently has
· More than 200 complex traits/diseases
· More than 33,000 interactions among 12,000 proteins from the human protein reference database (HPRD)
· More than 13,000 genes mapped to 27 tissues, and 247 phenotypes
· More than 2,400 FDA-approved drugs and their 1,739 gene targets
· More data will be added in subsequent versions
The plugin and database connector can be downloaded here

Enjoy!
