Hello everyone,
Same situation with our lab (located in Cyprus). We have been struggling to find alternatives for quite some time now. Either because they are no longer manufactured or because they have become excruciatingly expensive. We are in the process now to try Capricorn Scientific products.

Dear Paola, i have tried the AmnioPrime medium of Capricorn on AF, CVS and POC samples and works very very well. The only thing I do extra is to add 1ml Amphotericin in 100ml of medium. You should definitely try it if you are working with such samples.
