RNA fish

Hello,

I'm trying to set up an RNA fish assay to see the whole cell, I mean not just the nucleus.

The cultured cells after fixation with carnoy are intact, but when I proceed with the FISH protocol i only see nuclei with DAPI.

Has someone any protocol that could help me?
