Dear All,

Attached is the case of a 37 yrs old patient. The couple has infertility issue. So, the doctor suggested karyotyping of both.

The wife karyotype report is 46,xx but in husband's report shows 3 way translocation involving chromosome 2, 4 and 13.

The rearrangement involves:

- Chromosome 2: Breakpoint at 2p (short arm), with the distal segment attached to chromosome 13q.
- Chromosome 4: Breakpoint at 4q (long arm), with the distal segment attached to chromosome 2p.
- Chromosome 13: Breakpoint at 13q (long arm), with the distal segment attached to chromosome 4q.

Please review the karyotype.

Thank you in advance...
