NOR banding is required to verify the extra material on ch. 15. I think
this is just stk+ normal variation.
Karyotype of parents might help to better interpretation and finding the
origin of the abnormality.

This is most likely double stalks and satellites. You could perform C and NOR but i don't believe it is necessary. It looks like a normal variant to me. I don't believe this is the reason of his azoospermia. Recommend AZF deletion testing and CFTR mutation testing. You could also count many more cells to see if there is a 47,XXY cell line.
