CAP/ASCO 2018 guideline

Dear All; 

kindly please if you can help me with the latest CAP/ASCO HER2 2018 guideline. 

On what to call the non defined FISH result for the 3 groups (group 2, 3, & 4) in the guideline, since it states in the guideline "Result should be adjudicated per internal procedure to determine final category".

So what do you call such non determined finding ?
