NP-40 solution for FISH probe analysis

Hi all

I am getting ready to do FISH probe analysis and need to use NP-40 solution in wash solution the second day of the experiment. Can anyone please recommend company and catalog number for NP-40?

Hi Anagha,

I get NP-40 from Abbott Molecular http://www.abbottmolecular.com/index.html and use order number 07J05-001.  It comes as 2 tubes of 1000 µL, which is plenty to make a batch of post wash.  Hope that helps.
