Status of Cython 3

I noticed that Cython 3 is currently in its tenth alpha and has a lot of exciting new features, but I couldn't find any public roadmap indicating when it will go out of alpha status. Are there concrete plans for that yet? Are there any major blockers?

No concrete time plan, but there's a ticket for discussing release related
issues.
