A CY.TALK® line without a Virtual number can make calls all over the
world, and receive calls only from other CY.TALK® members. Having a
Virtual Number gives you a new ability: you can now receive calls from
any telephone network (mobile, land line, satellite...). It adds value
not only to you but to your partners, family or just about any parties
that call you. A simple example: you are a company based in France and
you send a salesmen to China. The French office can subscribe to a
Chinese Virtual Number allowing your salesmen to call you on this
number at the cost of a local Chinese call, thus minimizing company
expenses on international calls;
Receiving calls is free for a reasonable use (see our Conditions);
You will never miss a call: just add rules in the Call management to
have the calls sent where you want;
You can also activate Voice Mail to take calls for you. You will
receive voice messages by email;
The number is yours as long as you have the subscription;
You can have as many Virtual Numbers as you wish;
Choose the subscription that matches your needs to benefit from great
savings;
Multiple simultaneous calls supported for incoming and outgoing:
You can have as many CY.TALK® phones as you wish attached to the same
user. If two or more CY.TALK® phones are configured the same way, upon
receiving a call, all will ring simultaneously. The first one to be
answered will take the call. For instance, you can have a support call
center in Romania and one in China, when a client in need dials the
number, the phones will ring simultaneously in both locations. The
same applies for individuals having a phone at their home and their
office. You can have as many simultaneous calls as you have CY.TALK®
phones.
Categories: Virtual numbers are divided into four categories. They
represent how ‘nice’ and easily recognizable each number is. The more
noble the material the ‘nicer’ is the number. Choosing an easily
recognizable number for your organization or yourself is a marketing
tool. It ease communication, by making you more visible, enhancing
your image and gives confidence to your customers.

Silver: a couple or three digits are the same or in a short sequence
Gold: a nice sequence or many digits are the same, very easy to
remember

length of you subscription as well as your discount, the longer the
subscription time is the more discount you will receive. For any
subscription period you choose you will always be billed one month at
a time.

will renew automatically and you will receive a discount of 0%.
Six months: you subscribe minimum for a period of six months that will

that will renew automatically and you will receive a discount of 8%.

Included minutes: Each Virtual Number comes with a variable number of
included minutes, when you receive a call, the length of that call
will be subtracted from the total included minutes you have. After you
