This List is for the discussion of wild birds. The uses of this are various: interested birders can ask about carpooling to various birding hotspots; novices can freely ask for identification tips; birders can discuss their year-lists or life-lists if they keep them; or people can simply share their enjoyment of birds in whatever way they choose. It not only allows us to share information, but the fun of birding as well.

List members can email the group by sending email to: 'cyprus-birds@googlegroups.com'.

Notes on subscribing:

Everyone is welcome to subscribe to the List and join the discussion. All you need is to have an email address, and go to http://groups.google.com/group/cyprus-birds/subscribe to join.
Subscription requires a Google Account if you do not already have one. You only have to login once - to subscribe - and from then on you can send and receive emails through your regular email account. If you don't wish to create a Google Account, Dan can add you directly. To ask for this step, email me at daniel.rhoads@gmail.com.
