It's so good to be back on the home front after a good three weeks of excitement and adventure! Please read below to find out what's up with Cyphertown these days.

1. After Burn Report
Wow.
It definitely takes a few minutes of tuning in to even begin to talk about the burn.
It was, in a word, EPIC.
Cyphertown held down five nights of fresh sounds, whomping bass and live hip hop. Many returned again and again, reflecting that "you all are the most consistent party on the playa!" adding that "every time I come here I know it's gonna be dope."
And it was. Anytime we had our system turned on we had at least 40 bodies movin, and up to 700 at times. All this while still located out on the fringes at 2:00 between F and G this year.
Friday night with 700 people and 6 art cars during SexyTime, Anasia, and Adam Freeland, into PANTyRAiD, An-ten-nae & Laura, Shawna and Kyrian was a throbbing highlight, as well as dark into sunrise on Saturday Night/Sunday Morning with Goddess Alchemy featuring Tina Malia, Sasha Rose, and LYNX, with a crowd of over 500.
It definitely went off.
But not without a lot of hard work. Our staff worked their booties off to make all that possible for you/us. It was by no means easy (is it ever?). And I wanna give MAJOR props to our crew:

3. Call for Post Burn Support
We did pretty well financially with this project. We got it done. We showed up on the playa and had all the gear and resources in line, which is really saying something, BUT...
We still fell short of funds needed to complete the project and now are facing about $1,000 in owed money that we simply DON'T HAVE RIGHT NOW!!!
Our organizers themselves put in around $2,000 & our credit cards are maxed out!
We still owe:
$500 on our Sound System
$550 on our Uhaul Truck
$200 more on our Generator
Please help us out if you can! If you enjoyed our stage and the vibe that Cyphertown held on the playa, than please consider making another donation to support this vision being completed, which will bring us much closer to it happening again!
We, the Cyphertown Staff, do love this project, but we won't be able to sustain it if we're going into debt to do it.
