News from Cyphertown HQ!
In case you haven't heard yet, we ARE DEFINITELY ROCKING THE PLAYA THIS YEAR!!!
We have been working our incredibly fit tushies off and are stoked to be offering of one of the freshest lineups on the playa this year! Stay tuned in the next couple of days for the release of our full lineup.
In this update:

2. Any Experienced Carpenters Out There?
Free Ticket to BM to leave in 2 days with Cyphertown.

1. Thursday Night on the Playa - the Juke Joint - Lineup and Info

Guest produced by DJ Malarkey (Sebastopol, CA), and featuring a truely incredible lineup of NU-FUNK DELICACIES!
"Thursday night gets funky funky fresh @ Cyphertown! Hosted by the Juke Joint, this legendary, North Bay Thursday Night Weekly has been boarding folks onto the Mothership for the past few years with it's top shelf talent & deep roots dance community. Pioneering a new sound in the club circuit, NU-FUNK has been gaining lots of attention with it's mid-tempos, classic hip hop samples, BIG funky bass & showering horn stabs, serious party rocking sounds for the house party & festival alike! This lineup holds some of the largest key players in the NU-FUNK scene, helping spread this sound around the globe. Join us for the SUNSET SAKI PARTY from 7-9pm with roots rock reggae vibrations... then we open the barter bar all night and get loose!!!"

2. Any Experienced Carpenters Out There?
Cyphertown Council is an amazing family! Right now we are manifesting the angel to fill a moment of need for us! We are super excited to find out who will manifest out of this request:
Due to unfortunate circumstance, one of our two construction coordinators has decided not to go to the playa this year...
Whoa!!! We leave on Friday morning to head out to the desert! We really need someone to step up! We're calling out for someone with construction experience to fill in. Our structures are not too complicated, and your job would only be for set up and tear down, so the whole burn you'd be free to wander the playa!
We are willing to offer a free ticket to a qualified and experienced construction master/mistress with a sense of humor!
We also have just a few more early entry passes for folks who want to join the Construction Crew (helpers to the Coordinators and Focalizers for setup and tear down).

3. Fundraising Update
Cyphertown Council gives SO MUCH THANKS, BLESSINGS & GRATITUDE for all the friends and family who helped us in our fundraising drive! It worked beautifully!
We have raised $11,500! Major gratitude to all our friends who stepped up with their $10's and $20's, $50's, $100's and more! We are holding a powerful vision of catalyzing social change through event production, generating and empowering media and art that is transformative. ! We are putting our all into this project and we feel SO recognized and honored that many of you stepped up to support this project!
