Hello
I just downloaded Cypher today to try it out.
I'm using JDK 1.6.0_u3, Tomcat 6.0, and running under Windows Server 2003.
I get the following exception when I run 'cypher.bat'. It appears to be looking for the Variant class. Is the 1.9 distribution missing a JAR or class file?
