cygwin GUI error

Hi. I'm using cygwin on Windows 8. I'm new to this. It reports a warning when I try to load web2py: "WARNING:web2py:GUI not available because Tk library is not installed". How can I work round this?

I not literate in Linux. Attached is s screen shot.
