Hi there. Am trying to create my own install, but have come across
the following issue - cygwin setup gives me an error that it is unable
to download http://cygwin-easy.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/cygwin/setup.ini.sig

When I browse to that location, I see a setup.ini but no sig file...
is it missing from the latest release?

Also - is a new 2009 version due out? And if so... when?? Looking
forward to it, because I think it will give me a great portable cygwin
on my pendrive.

cheers

From Cygwin version 2.573.2.3 (5 August 2008), setup.exe requires
signature for the mirrors, but cygwin-easy is not a mirror, so to
bypass this new restriction you can run "setup.exe -X".

New release will be released soon, perhaps compatible with new setup
1.7 (currently in beta) available here: http://www.cygwin.com/#beta-test
