Hard drive reconstruction

Given a group of files, each being specifically one sector of a hard drive, how would one, assuming knowledge of order, reconstruct the hard drive. Assume Advanced Format (4kb sectors) and a set magnitude of 100-150 sectors. Pre-existing software would be most helpful, but a script or any concept help is also appreciated.

Do you have an example set of files? You should be able to do that with a python script pretty easily.
