Evidence Report Guidelines

I believe my previous post was malformed [no irony intended]. I was wondering what are the limits for the evidence report and supplemental evidence file. Also, can our supplemental file contain screenshot captions? Or do they have to be included in the evidence report? Thanks in advance.
