Previous Winners PDFs

I have been trying to access the previous winners pdf evidences sheets and I keep getting a message telling me I don't have permission.  Can you please allow access to these, I think they might be helpful.

Hmm, I don't remember that link. I'll have to find out what they are and why they are not publicly accessible.

I looked at the links on that page, and the actual pdfs are still not publicly accessible. Can you fix that? Are we supposed to login somehow?

That is an error. They should not be listed.
