cloud use not available

Dear all,

While following the Cyclist tutorial, I was unable to execute the simulation due to the cloud server not being found. I would appreciate any assisstance on how to resolved the issue. The error seemed to be the same As Jacky Yang's post from 2017 where Connect to cycrun.fuelcycle.org:80 was refused.

Dear Bernadette,

Thank you for the previous help, the server now appears to be working. I’m still having some issues running the tutorial. Using the xml file from the tutorial, to ensure there are no issues with my file I am getting a ‘Fix Agents table phase #1’ notification. Looking into the documentation I have not been able to resolve the issue.
