cyclus_unit_tests error!

Hi all,

I compiled cyclus but I got error message when try 'cyclus_unit_tests' command. Also cyclus run some inputs successfuly but can't run some inputs and gives 'core dumped' error. Any idea to fix this?

Hello there,

Can you please confirm which operating system you are using so that we might try to replicate your error?

In the meantime, I did notice compile-time warnings that indicate that there may be conflict between your system libraries and those installed as part of Anaconda - that might be related.

Thank you for your interest Paul. I'm using Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS. I saw conflict warnings, and erased them from anaconda/lib location. I compiled again, conflict warnings are solved but result is same, cyclus_unit_tests command not worked well.
