Segmentation fault cycamore_unit_tests ReactorTests.Retire

Dear all,

I get a segmentation fault when executing the cycamore_unit_tests during the Retire test of reactor:

      [ RUN      ] ReactorTests.Retire

      Segmentation fault: 11

The complete output of cycamore_unit_tests is attached.

I am using a MacBook Pro with El Capitan, Version 10.11.6 and python 3.6.5.

Also, I noticed this while installing cycamore:

     -- Looking for sgemm_

     -- Looking for sgemm_ - not found

Could this be related to the issue?
