installing Bright-lite on ubuntu 16.04: Can't find libxml2

I've run into a problem installing Bright-lite. Running install.py gives me the same error as in issue #1426 of cyclus/cyclus:


Could not find a package configuration file provided by "LibXml2" with any of the following names:
LibXml2Config.cmake
libxml2-config.cmake

Anybody know what I can do to fix this?

I recall having a problem like that on cyclus…

here is the fix that was implemented :
