Anyone know what is happening at this junction? The seem to be removing
the central islands that allow cyclists a safe space to stop when
crossing between HBS & George St.

It is to do with Network Rail having to store giant pipes in Frideswide Square meaning it is closed to traffic in one direction so the need to create a one way route from Worcester St North to Park End St. Best wishes Alison
