This coming wednesday, chelsea piers is having their annual fundraiser for the scholarship fund. I have a table that seats 8 but am not able to attend. It's hosted on the glass boat docked at the rink and is a cocktail hour followed by a cruise around the city and dinner. It's paid for already and will be empty if no one wants to go and I thought it would be fun if a few from the team were interested

Brendan - many thanks for the offer.  My mother is arriving that day from UK so it would have been a wonderful way for her to first see NY.  Sadly she gets in too late and we will be picking her up, so I have to say no.
