Adding the PROBE

HI..

I have all the motors hooked up and installed the Sanguinololu, have the mill moving the axis correctly but I'm a bit vage on the probe

I looked at the docs and noted that it uses A4 for one lead and I was wondering do I use the GND pin next to it for the other??

Sorry for the question but safer to be sorry.

Yep, the other electrode should be ground.
Make sure to manually test the probe first though :)
