Unfortunately my bit breaks during milling.. happened twice today. :(
I tried to set the xy - feed slower but it happened again..
What parameters do you use?
Mine are:
XY-Feed (Milling): 200mm/min
XY-Seek (Move):300mm/min
Z-Feed: 100mm/min
Z-milling-depht: 0.2mm
My bits: ebay

I use the same feed rate and without problems.
which are using spindle may be vibration.
