Grbl for Cyclone - Arduino Ramps - cannot set z steps

Hi there,
I redesigned Z Axis of my Cyclone and connect directly Z motor to threaded rod M8... so I went to defaults.h in grbl for cyclone and change Cyclone_Z_Gear_Ratio from 8.0/15.0 to 15.0/15.0
But Z axis 1mm step in bCNC is more or less 2mm...
I tried different values but it is always the same... 2mm instead of 1mm movement...
What can i check?

Maybe double check Z steps/mm in bCNC controller setttings?
