[Firmware] M3-5&M7-11 Support for Marlin

Hi,

Today I decided to use Marlin again. So I changed the electronics back to my old sanguinololu.

Ive changed the Marlin code to support the M3-5&M7-11 codes with the onboard fets (heater & bed).

• M3/4  enable spindle (heater)
• M5     disable spindle
• M7/8/10 enable Coolant/Vacuum (bed)
• M9/11    disable Coolant/Vacuum

The pins can be reconfigured. Maybe I will add a pwm control for Spindle/Coolant.

P.S. dont forget to add some diodes if you switch inductive loads ;)

Nice to have people like you around here!! :D thats a good improve to marlin!! maybe you can send a pull request so they can include it in the main brach!!

The PWM control of the spindle would be a good idea also, hope to see it implemented!!
