Club Update

We have been busy working away to make changes and improvements to the
club. I deeply apologize to everyone for the long time in between
updates but many things have been happening all at once and it has
required much of our officers time.

First piece of news is our change from this google group to our own
Forum. The reason behind this change is to keep unwanted junk messages
and things of that nature that have been happening on this group site.
The new forum website is http://forum.cyclingatoakland.com/index.php
To keep unwanted messages off the forum our Forum Administrator will
have to personally establish your account. To join our new forum
please email ly...@oakland.edu to establish your new account.

Along with new sites we have a new website. The address is
http://www.cyclingatoakland.com/
We will keep racing reports along with rider profiles on the new site
as well as galleries and links to our sponsors website. We plan to
keep the website updated as the season progress with rider reports
from races along with photos from our events.

We are looking to have a meeting next tuesday 16th at 6:00 p.m. in the
fireside lounge located in the Oakland Center by the food court.
Hopefully this will allow more alumni and other people involved in the
club a chance to attend.
