特别要说明一点:有很多人误以为骑车会粗腿。其实是他们没有合理利用变速器。具体看下面的解释。
腿的粗细是由腿部肌肉体积大小和脂肪多少决定的。快速力量性的锻炼,如短跑和举重主要是快肌纤维参加工作,可以使肌纤维的横断面增粗,肌肉群变得发达、
粗壮。而游泳、骑自行车和长跑等耐力性运动,主要是慢肌纤维参加工作,由于慢肌纤维周围毛细血管较为丰富,氧化脂肪的能力较强,收缩时能消耗较多的脂
肪。所以,经常从事长时间的耐力训练,两腿和体型都会变得修长而匀称。也就是说骑自行车可以细腿.同时要注意选用适合自己的传动比.注意千万不能用会让
腿觉得吃力的传动比骑车,那样只会让你腿越练越粗
