Hi everyone,

Wow, July went fast didn't it? British summer thought about making an appearance but went away again after a few days - I gather it was the same elsewhere in the world too.

How did you do? I got 95 miles - a few short of the 100 target but it was too late, too dark and too damn wet last night to stop out for those extra five miles! Damn.

Here's hoping August will be better for us all.
