In case you haven't heard, Bryan Jones, City of Fresno Traffic Engineer, announced today that a draft of Fresno's new Bicycle Master Plan is ready for review.
Go to www.fresno.gov/bmp to see it for yourself. Nick Paladino suggests you pay attention to Appendix A and B, which has a list of projects.
