Need a Project

Well, maybe I'm ready for a project. A go-fast(er) project.

Due to budgetary (and project theme) constraints, I'm not planning
custom, or new, or modern. I've got a decent set of 700c wheels, and
a few parts laying around. So I need a frame.

Ideally, I'd like a steel, lugged, classic geometry racing frame/fork
with standard diameter tubing, sized about 55-57cm. I'd be willing to
consider a complete bike.

I'm not asking for anyone to do my shopping for me, but if you happen
to stumble over a nice, used something, could you let me know?

These bikes may be worth a look. Not sure what that white-framed
thing in the back is, but it looks like it has drop bars.

Thanks, Doohickie.  It would be nice if they provided a few more details, but the price grabs the attention.  I guess I'm going to need to get out and start looking at these mystery machines more.
