You are invited to attend the first meeting of a new Sustainable Transport Panel that Ipswich Borough Council wishes to establish in conjunction with relevant organisations and transport providers.
The main purpose of the Panel will be to explore ways of facilitating and promoting the use of more sustainable forms of transport including public transport, cycling and walking. The intention of the first meeting will be to discuss the protocols for the Panel, to consider the programme of items for the Panel’s consideration and whether any additional organisations or individuals should be invited to join the Panel.
The first meeting will take place at Ipswich Borough Council, Grafton House, 15-17 Russell Road, IPSWICH, IP1 2DE in Room 4C commencing at 4.30 pm on the 23rd May 2012. An agenda will be forwarded to all attendee’s in advance of the meeting.
I do hope you will be able to attend and participate fully in the functioning of this new Panel and I look forward to meeting you.
