The is an extreme long shot, I know. I have lost a tandem that I would very much like to recover.

How I reached this stage is a complicated story. I leant it to a neighbour some time ago, who mistakenly thought that I no longer wanted the bicycle. He gave it to the Ipswich Bicycle Project that formerly operated from a container by the docks. When this project came to an end some months ago, I gather, its stock was largely given away.

The tandem is a small-wheeled Bernds tandem with a hinged rear triangle. I would be willing to pay a modest sum for its return, by way of thanks for safe keeping and given the complicated set of misunderstandings that have brought us to this point.

Here is a picture of a very similar model. Mine did not have front suspension. Any help receiving it, or pointing me to where it might be would be much appreciated.

Best wishes to all

Hi Tim,
I’ve forwarded your message to the chap who ran it. I understand though that he stood back from running it about 9 months ago and left it to others. Anyway, I’ll let you know if I hear anything.
