Colchester Carnival?

I would be grateful if you would circulate this to every local cyclist and
cycle group - or any other one, two or three wheel vehicle owner you know!

Colchester Carnival is on 30th June from 4.00 at Abbey Fields to the Park

As this is a substantially non-motorised parade we would be especially
delighted if you would consider taking part with your bicycle (unicycle,
tricycle etc). You would be most welcome! The theme this year is Nations of
the World to tie in with the Olympic (whoops sorry, not allowed to say
olympic so I will say international) ideal: so you might care to decorate
you bicycle with a flag or some ribbons, or you might care to wear a costume
or even something more elaborate. Or come as you are with perhaps a hi-vis
jacket and helmet.

If you would like to enter as a group a family or as an individual please
get in touch - there is no charge for non-commercial organisations or
individuals. But we do need to know fairly quickly!
