What's the most confusing part of Cyborganize for you?

My current agenda:
  • Add a landing page with a freebie pdf report titled "Top 7 Productivity Myths" to drive email list signups
  • Create a clear navigation path
  • Clean up, clarify, and restructure content
  • Make a video that clearly shows the workflow in action, to clarify that you don't use all modes at once.
I see a number of people have joined this group. I'm open to suggestions.

My main question is, what's the biggest problem with the site and content right now? What's most unclear? I see tons of problems but I'm not sure what to tackle first.

By the way the main site has moved to cyborganize.org/productivity/

the landing page will go at cyborganize.org but it's not up yet. It will probably go up this weekend.

If I can influence your priorities, my suggestion by far would be to bring "Clean up, clarify, and restructure content" to the top. My main issue with the Cyborganize web presentation is that most of the material is aimed as an incentive to try out the system, and very little helps one to actually do it. A quick view at the table of content proves my point. My proposals:

- Simple step by step written presentation of the workflow

- Video presentation of the same steps

By the way, at the moment quite a few of the most useful pages have broken links, e.g. http://www.cyborganize.org/the-fastest-way-to-start-using-cyborganize-you-freaking-nerdlings/ (I will not comment at the title of that page at this point...)

Let me note that I very much appreciate the free nature of the whole offering; my comments are in the spirit of making more effective what is clearly a labour of love.

Yeah, I think I realized the shift in spirit that needs to happen. More clarity, less selling all around. Which is a relief actually, I just got caught up in some bad copywriting dogma.

I think the current squeeze page is a mistake, given this new focus.

Yeah, that title was written in a moment of frustration, thought I'd obliterated it.

My top priority now is a step by step walkthrough video of the entire workflow, which should end the vast majority of the confusion. I'll put the stuff you recommended right below it, along with canning the new squeeze page and going for something more like www.brainstormsw.com/supercharge.html instead.

Ignore the following. It is a nonsense sentence that disables Google ads from displaying next to my emails by triggering sensitive keywords.

I enjoy the massacre of ads. This sentence will slaughter ads without a messy bloodbath.

OK, in the spirit of Alex's suggestion and a couple of other user's, here's a video with transcript (including pdf download) that covers 90% of the day-to-day Cyborganize use.

It's 17 minutes long and covers the entire execution loop, from scratch files to BrainStormSW actionables model and back to the scratch file again.

Let me know if I'm on the right track.

Definitely on the right track; things are much clearer now.

Additional feedback may follow.
