Hey Emi:

Thanks so much for continuing to check in with us. We spoke this past weekend and realized we're not able to propose a workshop this year.

Alexis is working on the Creating Safe Communities track:  http://alliedmediaconference.org/program/tracks#safe. Moya (in-person) and Fallon (skype) will be participating in a panel that Jenny proposed and I'm organizing for the USSF. Although, I'm down to help with organizing the track and supporting any logistical needs. Please let me know what I can do.

We'd love to have you and tk join us in ATL (so exciting). We'll send my you more information by next week.

Giant hugs,

Adele

Hi Lex and all,

Just checking in w/you about the potential for maybe some travel support for someone from INCITE's media task force to come to the CQ convening in Atlanta. We're trying to work it out right now, but it looks like either tk Tunchez or I might be able to make it out during that weekend. I may already be in the Southeast, which is why it being in ATL might make it easier for me to attend. tk might be passing through there on her travels, too, but would likely need travel support. INCITE is also going to talk about putting some in for that...

Let me know if this is something that yall would be open to discussing, and either way I hope to see you soon.

xo Emi

Hey Emi!
Thanks for being in touch y'all.  We'll be having a call on Monday so we'll definitely talk about both of these things.  Also wanted to let y'all know that we have actually moved the CQ convening to Atlanta during that same weekend in April...let us know if that changes anything as far as travel or if you'd like us to discuss whether there is room in the grant to support someone's travel since the bulk of active cyberquilters right now live in ATL!
love,
 lex

Hello Cyberquilting folks!

I am writing to check in with all you beautiful people about the AMC. Jenny, Karla, and I had a conference call earlier this week and are wondering if you all would be interested in working with INCITE and To Tell You The Truth in coordinating the radical women and trans POC media skillshare this year. Also, it looks like nobody from the INCITE Media Task Force will be able to get themselves to Chicago for the CQ convening, and we wanted to propose that we schedule a caucus/strategy session with CQ and the INCITE MTF when we're all in the same space at the AMC in Detroit. What do yall think?

love,
Emi
