Greetings,

I’ve now posted the whole book to the cj lists. This will enable me to make table-of-contents page that links to the postings, making the book available on the web. But first I need to repost a few of the chapters that weren’t formatted properly. I’ll do the reposting only to the riseup list, as I favor the riseup archives for the online book.

I will also add an addendum to the online book, where I’ll talk about what I’ve learned since the book was written, what I would change if there were to be another edition. I’ll probably call the addendum ‘Escaping the Matrix reconsidered’.

Here below is a pitch for my upcoming workshop in Greece.
I'd be be delighted if you would participate, and would appreciate it if you would help pass the word to likely participants.
Thanks for all your good work,
Tom

This summer, from 24 June thru 1 July , I will be leading a weeklong course in innovative finance, exchange, and economics at the Alexandros campus of the Kaliklos Holistic Summer School.

Good luck with the workshop!

Werner Erhard is hated by many people.  They say he is a fraud and manipulator.  But EST by L. Clark Stevens has a message that I think you’ll find closer to your perspective.

Erhard has been both loved and despised. He ran his operation along cult lines, which is always disturbing, while at the same time his famous ‘training’ weekend was very successful at getting people to shift their perspectives. Whereas Scientology uses mind-control techniques in order to control people, Erhard adapted some of the same techniques for his training in an attempt to create a Zen-like moment of ‘getting it’.

By the way, as regards Stevens’ book, Erhard knew the book and named his operation after it, including the lower case spelling, est
