Issues with AWS policies not reflecting on Cyberduck

I have a user who can delete objects in buckets when he is in AWS admin console but he could not delete files when he is using cyberduck.

we get an error in Cyberduck that an MFA is needed but we never get asked to put in an MFA code.

We have MFA delete enabled on the bucket and the user also has MFA enabled
