Can't open or launch new version of Cyberduck

I recently upgraded my operating system to Snow Leopard, and my old version of Cyberduck (2.81) didn't open when I tried it. I assumed this was because it wasn't compatible with the new OS, so I downloaded Cyberduck Version 4.2.1. Can't open that either. The duck icon bounces a few times and then shuts down. Please advise.

I'm having this same problem. Also, Cyberduck is now invisible in the dock. Does anyone know what's wrong?

OK, a restart fixed the invisibility issue, but Cyberduck still won't launch.
