Is there standalone installation file (*.msi) of Cyberduck for 32bit Windows 7?

I have a PC with 32bit Windows not connected to the internet. I downloaded the .msi file but could not install it. Is there a way to install Cyberduck on 32bit Windows7

Version 7.1.0 and later is only available as 64bit on Windows.
